    I am a strong believer that AI is drastically changing the world right now.
    Software architecture will shift to AI Native, fundamentally designed with AI at their core; it means that AI is engineered intrinsically from the ground up and is a pervasive core component of operations and services.

    This is profoundly different from merely integrating AI into existing systems by replacing or retrofitting an existing technology component with one that enables AI capability.

    COO & CMO
    Seasoned entrepreneur specializing in building scalable business networks. At 24, as Development Director, I built a network of 200 branches for a finance firm, later replicating this success by launching 32 branches in just one year with a new venture.

    My expertise lies in developing effective partner programs and distribution networks that drive rapid growth. This experience is central to Targetflow's partner-driven approach, where we empower professionals to build their own businesses around our platform.

    At Targetflow, I'm focused on transforming how microbusinesses handle lead nurturing through AI, creating a platform that replaces rigid scripts with intelligent conversations that proactively achieve business goals.
Our Story: How Targetflow Was Born
Pavel and Dima bring over 25 years of experience each to Targetflow, with complementary skills that created the perfect foundation for innovation.

Pavel specialized in complex technical architectures, developing market-leading enterprise systems used by more than 700 city administrations across the country. His expertise combines deep technical knowledge with an understanding of large-scale organizational needs.

Meanwhile, Dima mastered unit economics and business scaling, growing a company from single offices to networks of over 170 cities in 12 countries. He implemented machine learning systems in the company's CRM platform that managed operations for more than 3,000 employees.

Both founders share a passion for process optimization and building efficient business models. Long before the current AI revolution, they were already implementing predictive models and machine learning solutions in their respective fields – Pavel in enterprise software development and Dmitry in sales and operations management.

When the AI revolution accelerated, they saw an opportunity to look beyond current trends. While many companies focused on building basic AI agents, Pavel and Dmitry envisioned something more transformative: an AI-driven platform specifically designed for microbusinesses – the segment most in need of simplified access to advanced technology.

This vision led to the creation of Targetflow – not just another AI tool, but a complete platform that makes sophisticated sales automation accessible to businesses that previously couldn't afford or manage complex technical solutions.
